Age: 21 – 60 years at loan maturity
Indian resident with valid KYC
Minimum net monthly income (bank policy)
Stable employment; ≥ 6–12 months continuity
Acceptable credit history/score

For Self-Employed Professionals

Age: 23 – 65 years at loan maturity
Business vintage typically ≥ 2–3 years
Minimum turnover / income (bank policy)
Filed ITRs for last 2 years
Acceptable credit history/score
